Future Fusion is a nationwide conference for young people who not only dream of a better world but actively help shape it. It's a space where visions, ideas, and solutions take real form - from local initiatives to global concepts for change.

Our goal is to connect generations, disciplines, and ideas. We believe the future doesn’t belong only to experts, politicians, or institutions — it belongs to the youth, who already think differently, act with passion, and are unafraid of challenges. They are the driving force behind social, technological, and cultural innovation.

Future Fusion is not just a conference — it's a platform for exchanging ideas, a laboratory of concepts, and a collaborative network. We tackle topics that matter: education, health, climate, technology, transport, culture, and the development of local communities. Each edition brings new inspiration, new faces, and new directions for action.

On the 10th of March 2026, the second edition of the event will take place in Poznań. We plan to gather over 400 participants from across Poland, including 15 carefully selected young speakers with inspiring talks, as well as partners and mentors representing various sectors of social and business life.
